I knew someone was going to bring that up . I got two Shiny Shinx from a Pokeradar Chain of 40, and they were both not helpful to it's Attack. I just picked the one that didn't lower the Attack stat...

should I replace it?

luxray can learn ice fang, but it has to learn it as an egg move.

your team needs some work... get way better natures, or better yet just redo your whole team!
