You have no EVs and your team is all over the place. Rain Dance only benefits two of your Pokémon, since Vaporeon has no attacks. Quiet is a rather poor nature for Gengar to have. If you're going to be Swords Dancing with Ludicolo, you might as well give him Ice Punch instead of Ice Beam.

Forgot about evs :p whoops. I'm getting Ludi Ice Punch, and my main concern is whether or not i should give vaporeon roar instead of rain dance.

From the sounds of this, I would assume this is an in-game/Wifi team?

If so, I can't help you.

Electrode is the best rain lead in the game aside from Kyogre.

My advice is to:

1. Ditch Yanmega (he sucks).
2. Make Vaporeon the standard wisher and take him out of the lead spot.
3. Put This Electrode as your lead.
4. Use Pain Split Gengar.
5. Don't play Raindance.

1: Yanmega is generally used by me to take care of fighting/grass. But I guess I can see my way around that. Electrode for Yanmega sounds good.
2: Alrite, sounds good. But now, what do I want to put in place of Rain Dance? Roar or Surf?
3: Will do :D
4: I guess. I was on the fence with Pain Split vs Hypnosis, since two hypnosis give 85% chance of sleep. But yea, I'd rather be alive then have them fall asleep.

Imma give you some general advice.

First off, Rain Dance is terrible. The only thing worse than Rain Dance is Baton Pass.

Switch Vaporeon to a Wish support set. Replace Ludicolo with a physical Dragon Dance Kingdra.

Give Gengar HP Fire, since you'll be attracting lots of Scizor. Also Hypnosis is incredibly bad.

Make Swampert your lead. You have no reason not to do this.
Not. One.

Yanmega is ***** by the metagame (read: Stealth Rock), replace with MixMence.

You have 0 fighting weaknesses on your team and 1 fighting immunity, so it's not going to be a problem. As far as grass goes, Ludicolo should outspeed every grass type in the rain and kill with Ice Punch, and Infernape can outspeed everything but Sceptile no matter what and kill with Flamethrower. The only good grass types in the metagame are Celebi (who is killed by Gengar) and Breloom (who is killed by not sucking). There's also arguable Shaymin and Abomasnow, but you're running a rain team which screws over opposing weather and have Infernape. Grass type moves are fairly common but grass pokemon are terrible, so as long as you can counter common grass move users you'll be fine.

2: Alrite, sounds good. But now, what do I want to put in place of Rain Dance? Roar or Surf?
Standard Wish Vaporeon:

Vaporeon @ Leftovers
Water Absorb
Bold 188 HP/252 Def/68 Spe
-Wish
-Protect
-Surf
-Ice Beam/Hidden Power Electric/Toxic/Roar

4: I guess. I was on the fence with Pain Split vs Hypnosis, since two hypnosis give 85% chance of sleep. But yea, I'd rather be alive then have them fall asleep.
...WHAT? Hypnosis always has a 60% chance of sleep. Always. It doesn't increase overtime.

By the way, switch Gengar's item to either Life Orb for more damage or Black Sludge for damaging opponents who try to Trick you.

Also I forgot to post the Electrode lead, so here it is.

Electrode @ Damp Rock
Soundproof
Hasty 248 Atk/48 SpA/212 Spe
-Rain Dance
-Taunt
-Thunder
-Explosion

When I say two Hypnosis is 85%, I mean sure, the first will almost always miss, but that gives the second hypnosis a higher chance of landing, statistically speaking.
But yea, you make sense. I'll go ahead and do all of that.
@Wave+
What's so bad about running a baton pass vaporeon? I can pass a 108 HP substitute.

If you really want a baton pass lead then you would be better off using Jolteon.

And the only situation where Vaporeon is used as a BPer is on BP teams, and this clearly isn't a BP team...

Vaporeon is better off being used as a Wishpasser. And you really need to get rid of Rain Dance as well as Ludicolo. This isn't a rain dance team.

Like someone above said, this team really is all over the place.

EDIT: Oh and using Yanmega as a late game sweeper is a no no. I know I'm repeating a bunch of advice but meh, I'm bored.

So you're one of those people who think there is a god who controls all the coin flipping, where said god decreases the chances of flipping heads twice in a row.

Chance of putting opponent to sleep: 60%
Chance of getting OHKOed thanks to your paper-thin defenses: 40%
Chance of putting opponent to sleep the next turn: 60%
Chance of putting opponent to sleep while knocked out: 0%

There's nothing good about it.
I can pass a 108 HP substitute.
I can Dragon Dance and sweep your team.

According to Mow, there's an in-game mechanic which apparently tweaks the chances of things like Critical Hits happening and moves missing whenever they happen, to have less probability of happening twice in a row (theoretically nerfing the rage-inducing power of Iron Head Jirachi). Of course, since he says 85%, I'm guessing he's evaluating the chances of Hypnosis working within the first two tries (60% for first try success, 40% * 60% = 24% for first try failure second try success).

Just went through a bunch of EV training today and thought that this would be a better set. Drop Rain Dance, and went with this.

Aerodactyl should be Jolly and use Earthquake over Aerial Ace.

Kingdra should be Adamant and have Swift Swim, even if you're not using a Rain Dance team anymore. After a DD, crits will do a ton of damage anyway, you don't need the extra boost.

Gengar should be Modest or Timid.

You already have a Stealth Rock lead, so Swampert doesn't need Stealth Rock anymore. In fact, you can probably cut Swampert entirely for Starmie.

Infernape should be Naive.

Weavile is bad and should be replaced with, idk, CB Scizor or something.

This is one of the posts that DOES have a flaw.

This is an in-game team, he cannot change natures at will without re-breeding/starting from scratch.
