You don't DI well, tech well, combo, or space properly. You dash attack, roll, and smash way too much, and you don't jump cancelled grab. You also missed quite a few L-cancels. And you definitely need to be more aggressive and follow-up your attacks.

You used some advanced techniques and what not, but it was basically just a dodge and smash fest, when it should be more about grabs, spacing, and comboing. I don't know how long you've been playing the game, so I can't really tell you if you are good or bad. I only watched the ditto btw, as it was the match-up I could relate to the most.

thanks guys anymore input will be appreciated also am not that aggressive because I like to use more min games that brute force.

IMO, that's no really a viable excuse. If you think like that, you end up getting combo'd to death. The great thing about marth is his aerial versatility. If you miss the first aerial, the second will be good enough. I haven't seen the vids yet, but' i'll make a comment later.

I watched the first video and said to myself," life is a pretty skilled player" but I sort of lost hope in him after what you did at the very begining of the 3rd match..please flaco..explain how to di the f-throw to him.

Don't be so smash happy, you have tilts!

You don't go to the air much, try to up-throw to air attacks more or just generally attack from the air, many times life was open to being comboed but you sticking to the ground didn't allow it.

Probably just a fluke but you aimmed your up-b wrong, please do not do this lol.

As others said, try to L-cancel more and if you must smash, L-cancel your airs right into the f-smash.

I really hate when people tell you all you need to work on and never say anything good.
you did show good use of the counter, most people put it down but you did save yourself with it once or twice. And you know how to follow up your f-throws lol.

Bibbed covered it. I saw that match where you wrote the gayness comment. There was nothing gay about it. Your friend could have easily DIed, but he didn't. That was his fault. He could have also DIed the f-smash that followed. Even Smash DIed it and he wouldn't have died.

My rating is based on the 3rd vid of Flaco vs Life BTW.

Anyway, all I really saw was random wavedashing and smashes. Where were the combos? Life actually had some good combos that I saw. Life actually has a better Marth then you IMO. It's just that he doesn't know how to DI properly, sweetspot the ledge and he didn't know how to stop Marth ditto cheapness like chain throws to F-smash. I think you should watch Life a little more Flaco. He's on the right track.

General tips

1. JC your grabs.
2. Combo more.
3. Work on your spacing.
4. Smash less. Alot less.
5. Don't wavedash randomly
6. Marth has an awesome dash dance game. Abuse it.
7. Properly space the dash attack if you are going to spam it.
8. Get L-cancelling down.
