First off, where was the dancing blade? It's the best move in the game and you didn't use it ONCE in that whole match. Use it. It's essential to marth's game. I also didn't see too many grabs, especially shield grabs which you had a lot of opportunities for. When you did grab, it was a dash grab which are very unreliable and often leave you open.

There was too much double fair spam. It gets very predictable and is pretty easy to avoid. There were a lot of times your brother didn't punish you when he could have. Lastly, sometimes you would get smash happy. Punish with dancing blade, not smashes unless you are going for the kill. Read up on Emblem Lord's threads to get more of an idea of what makes marth good.

You need alot of improvement. Dancing blade=BEAST, and Shieldbreaker is devastating. Try not to stay in one place for too long, always be moving, and Shdf instead of fair. That Samus really disappointed me, and your aerials could have probably use some diversity.

Ok, next time plz do a 3 stock match. 5 stock matches in Brawl put me to sleep.

As the others have said use Dancing Blade.

Also your spacing needs work. Don't DI into Samus when you attack. It's like begging to get pwned. You were also really passive even when you had the advantage.

Use ALL of Marth's moves. They all have a time and place. All I saw was fair fair fair fair fair fair fair fair fair fair fair fair and a smash attack here and there.

Grab more.

Also you whiffed ALOT of your attacks. That goes back to spacing of course. Space so that you stay safe and land your attacks when you need to.

Learn to punish more effectively as well. If you spot dodge a d-tilt from Samus. Don't do a shield drop d-smash. Shield drop and turn around with a Dancing Blade.

Just work on the basics for now and implementing Marth's entire moveset into your game.
