I may not be much help, but I see two thigns: no effortless recurring damage (hail or sandstorm) and, if you are having trouble from physical attackers, no Will-O-Wisp. You could try changing somethig to Hippowdon to get sandstorm plus another user of roar. Also, I'd recommend giving Heatran and/or Rotom Will-O-Wisp.

Beyond that, I don't know.

Terrible lead. Every common lead either uses you as set-up fodder or ***** you with physical attacks. Metagross, Swampert, Azelf, Smeargle, Ninjask, Hippowdon, Forretress, Roserade all can do whatever they want. In the case of Smeargle and Ninjask, you might even be swept by a +6 Scizor or Tyranitar.

Ghost types switch in, trying to absorb a Rapid Spin, and you can't hurt them. All kinds of things can take advantage of you. Lucario, DD Tyranitar, Charge Beam Rotom, Swords Dance Scizor.
