Those down grabs should have been teched out of.....what happened? Dont do so many dash attacks....in the second match u were just askin to get shield grabbed...Watch those inoppertune times of using the firefox and the angles u use it during recovery.....Lastly watch the edgeguarding u almost loss the third match because of it....if the oppertunity arise shine spike dont hesitate....

Fox can't tech out of Falco down throws until some higher percentage that I forget. He can shine or jump out though. Dunno if buffering a roll is fast enough.

Yeah, I usually like to DI behind them then shine. It seems to give them less options, and I am pretty sure your shine will always come out before the uptilt.

EDIT: Also, I think not DI at all and shine or jump out. Not completely sure cause I haven't had enough chances to test it out yet.

A falco that has someone DI behind them on a down throw will probably try to up tilt you, since it's the fastest thing that would still hit, but your shine should come out before the tilt can.

well hmm you could shield grab them,or you can reflect out of your own shild,or even jump out of it with the C-stick while you are in your shield..

Good stuff Dawn, I'm not watching the matches because I assume they are the ones vs. James at the last monthly. You did some pretty neat stuff. Keep an open mind like that and you will do fine in future events.

One piece of advice, don't be in such a rush to do things. I had to learn this as well. Robmoney among others always used to tell me, "slow down, take your time, think"

is there a reason why you dont really CG? you can 0-death falco on FD if you do it right, and most good falcos will DI out of uthrow-uair. i had to break the habit too,lol

well yeah but i dont have the time to play with them cause they have college and i have to work and crap so i have no time i played MAJORAS but is been a while since our last match so am not sure but all i can do is just practice with levels 5 and crap i dont know how i beat mouf really if i dint play as much before i when to TGM tourny i played faster wierd but thats how it is man!
