lol nice tag. scottie.
this is sweet watching scar, ive never played him or met him but hopefully that will change.
-grab him, you can chain more grabs, uptilts, downtilts, upsmashes and upairs.
-when edgeguarding, keep it simple you dont have to shine him all the time, especially if he is at mid percents. a simple downsmash will do and if he techs get ready to dsmash again or jump to avoid being grabbed by the up b and grab the ledge, if he lands then punish him quickly for it.
-drill shine to upsmash works to ko if they dont expect it and dont di
you should try not to give him as much options to do stuff as he is running around spamming moves. evade and shoot lasers, if he comes at you with an aerial, shield grab him, it seemed like a lot of the time you were simply being hit by flying aerials, this should not be happening. Knees should be comboed into (sadly all of falcon's moves combo into it nonetheless) or tech chased, or whatever into and not hit by spam.
your biggest problem seemed to be your approach towards him. As i was watching the match i thought of how impenetrable that falcon looked, but its not the case. run in with full hopped nairs and try to hit him above his nair. run under him and shffl upair as he spams aerials. run up to him and bring up your shield to block his attacks or wait for his dodge and grab him. drill shine and bair and nair shine to pressure his shield.
also, i dont recall you ever dodging in that match? from what i saw he is not the type that runs around waiting for stuff to happen so you should dodge his grabs when he runs at you, or better yet, run away yourself and then dash back and grab him while he is in his lag.
edit: while pressuring his shield, make sure you stay inside his area real close so your shine connects.
and you should be facing him, i saw that you had your back towards him often. that is good if your using bairs but whenever you baired it seemed to go straight up, try using the cstick to do aerials and remember to jump before pressing a direction to move in that direction while still facing the same way.
