Well to be honest dude...you need to play against more skilled foe's to get a better ratings/tips IMO.
That Pikachu's current level wasn't very good and it was applying 0 pressure, which makes things far too easy to execute.
The only thing I can possibly suggest is working on your edge guarding and pressuring. There was this part were you knocked Pikachu off the level and you literally watched him come back onto the level. A few rounds of lasers as you made your way to the edge would have been better.
Good Falco though..

I have NO idea how to edge guard pika, he just has masssssive options for recovery
I'm finally getting a reliable edge guard down with marf, but yeah with falco not so much
