I've been playing for about a year now and I'm starting to get curious about what you guys think about my Falco. I have tons of videos on YouTube so I recommend you guys to just watch 1,2,7,10, and 18. You can also take a look at the other videos that don't involve Falco and Falcon matchups.

http://www.youtube.com/profile_videos?p=r&user=Lorcl&page=2

My cons I have noticed:

-TOTALLY forgot to use the Utilts whenever I was behind his shield
-Got shield grabbed most of the time whenever I did an early dair
-A little over use of the dash attack

Things I'm trying to do:

-Shine out of shield
-Combine JC shines with shine grabs

Things I question:

-Which would be the best direction to DI when I get naired by Falcon? Which would be the best direction to SDI the first hit of the nair?
-How do you tech Marth counters + Capes? I always rely on the SDI method to edge tech.

I mainly need advice for matchups with space animals, sheiks, and Marths. Your response will be appreciated :).

Nice falco, it is definetely worth the time to critique, I'll get on it later.

1st Vid (Vs. CF)

Okay, so in the first couple seconds I noticed some technical errors. Nothing big but still noticible. You missed your spacing with a dair so you ended up behind CF and your bair near the edge wasn't L-cancelled. Of course I'm sure you can do these things but you're only as good as your consistency, so make sure you have everything down.

Just finished watching the vid, you have great technical skill but I noticed a lot of tactical errors on your part. Almost none of your momentum was backwards. While keeping pressure on a Falcon is a good idea, it has to be intelligent pressure. One grab or aerial can lead to death if it ends in a knee combo. You have to be extremely careful and have good spacing. Watch Forward vs. Darkrain and than watch Shiz vs. Darkrain. You'll see the difference. Overall make some of your momentum backwards (more RSHL) when you see him coming in RSHL back -> aerial. You should take the initiative but only when you're absolutely sure it's safe. Play more defensive.

2nd Vid (Vs CF)

Kk first thing I noticed is that you were on the upper platforms wayy to much. You're going to rack up a lot of damage by sitting up there so if you find yourself up there, try to get off ASAP.

I kind of had this feeling in the first vid but it's getting more solidified in the second. You throw out smashes pretty wrecklessly sometimes. It's great when you know when you can do it, but if you **** up you get owned. Try to lay off it a bit unless you're finishing a combo or you're absolutely sure you'll get it. Use grabs more at close range as well.

I saw you missed a firefox sweetspot, minor thing but make sure you have your consistency down for that.

Final thoughts: you could have used lasers a bit more. Your last stock really amplified that where you get wrecked by well spaced CF moves and blind offensive moves on your part. Just keep in mind my backwards momentum comment from the last vid.

That's all I felt like watching for now, this should give you a good idea of what you should work on.

Most likely, gotta make sure I don't have any family plans on Saturday. Heh, Bryant's complaining and how biased those videos are. I posted mainly my winning matches xD. For those who watch the videos, Nemesis (Bryant) beats me 70% of the time.
