I can't really help you with this one. My knowledge of Lucario is pretty limited.

Infernape (Atk+10, SA-10) Shell Bell. Blaze.

Stone Edge
Flare Blitz
Close Combat
Swords Dance

I don't think you'll be able to pull off a SD with this thing so easily, so you might want to switch it for U-turn or Shadow Claw. Also use Life Orb, Ape gets OHKOd by nearly everything anyway.

Electivire (Atk+10, Def -10) Chesto Berry =Heals sleep status. Motor Engine. Speed increases when hit by an electric attk.

Thunderbolt/Thunderpunch?
Ice Punch
Earthquake
Rest

I suggest going with Thunderpunch as it's Physical. I don't really know about the ChestoResting.

Tangrowth (Def+10, Spd -10) Quick Claw. Leaf Guard. Heals status change when sunny day is in effect.

Sunny day
Rest
Solarbeam
Hidden Power (Fire)

Looks good ;) but again, can't tell you much about it.

Mismagius. (Spd+10, Atk-10) Focus Sash. Levitate

Perish Song
Mean Look
Protect
Pain Split/Confuse Ray?

Perish Trappers don't work so well anymore but it's still worth a try since most people expect a Special Sweeping Mismagius. Maybe you can go with Destiny Bond as well for the last slot. It's a matter of preference.

Cresselia (+Def, -Atk) Leftovers. Levitate

Moonlight
Toxic
Psycho Shift/Safeguard?
Psychic

Gets walled to death by Skuntank and Drapion xD I suggest using Rest over Moonlight since Sandstorm has become overly common in this gen. Sunny Day doesn't help either. Toxic is good. You could use the Sleep Talker: Charge Beam/Ice Beam/RestTalk. This helps you from getting completely walled by some pokemon.

Give my team about a week or a week in a half. Then I'll be able to finally battle.

NGCXX. Those are some really nice suggestions. I'll definitly take them into consideration.
I do know that 1 swords dance with Infernape, could destroy just about everything. Or do you think Life Orb is enough to sweep? Thats the only one I question.

Yup, 1 Swords Dance and it will sweep like a mofo. Problem is, Ape does not outspeed everything with it's speed stat and get easily OHKO'd. So if you risk using a Swords Dance, and the opponent predicts that (or not), you will probably either get OHKO'd right away or they'll switch to let's say Starmie, who outspeeds you and OHKOs with Surf. Of course, it's all situational, but I still don't recommend Swords Dance. Life Orb is about the best item Infernape can hold, or Choice Band if you're good at predicting.

With Infernape holding Focus Sash, he will be able to pull off swords dance just enough to sweep. I would use one of my defensive type pokemon to take on a speedier type. And with Focus Sash, Infernape can use his Blaze ability or reversal to continue to sweep.

id agree with ngc on pretty much everything there, except, i really dont like rest on electivire personally, and im pretty sure tangrowth can learn synthesis instead of rest? i also dont like extreme speed on lucario at all, but i love the concept of the reversal/focus sash infernape, although i truly dont know how well it would work, it sounds interesting.

I changed Rest to either thunderwave or sub on electivire. And Tangrowth cant learn synthesis. But as long as sunny day is in effect, it would wake up from its Rest and be fully healed thanks to its leaf guard ability. I have Extreme Speed on Lucario for opponents who survive with focus sash, and to mess up sweepers and ninjask sub+and baton passers. And Lucario has 110 base attack power, so it does good damage on pokemon with no defensive EV's, mainly sweepers. It's what I like to call, a move of hope. lol.
And I just looked, and unfortunately for me Infernape cant learn Reversal. Although it should. I guess they thought Infernape would be too overpowering from that combined with Blaze and Focus Sash and Infernapes high attack power and speed. Focus Sash + Counter would be the next best thing though. It would be like 2 free kills. 1 from Counter, the 2nd from Flare Blitz combined with STAB and Blaze.
