You Probably Can Tell After IP Tracking Me.
As soon as you down throw, you can't down tilt if your opponent techs away from the down through.

You can tech chase though.

SH Dair, Dtilt, repeat doesn't work.

At 20+Percent, it might only once, but your opponent will DI out and not fall for it again..most like you should try to NOT be TOO unique, but instead try DAIR + Uptilt.

Just observe the Falco vids in this section until you see most of the possibilities you can perform on your opponents.

Oh, all right. well does this IASA technique exist?
Yes, IASA is a real thing, note marth's dtilt for example: you can do two really close together, or dtilt>famsh, but if you just do one dtilt by itself, you'll note that it doesn't look fast enough to do that stuff normally. In fact, almost every move has IASA, but it's usually only 1 frame.

To elaborate further...

If you've ever played any other fighting game competitively, you've probably heard of Just Frames.

In games like Tekken and Soul Calibur, there are single frame instances where a character's position changes, enabling you to execute certain attacks so long as your input falls on that one frame.

This is the case with IASA. I haven't really studied this much in Smash, but these situations do exist, and are documented to a small degree.

short hop, and at the peak of the jump, press B, then fast fall immediatlely after pressing B.
you can also press B later in the hop, (for lower shots) but if its too late, your laser wont show, you will just hear the sound of the blaster.
hope it helps
