I just destroyed the entire post to start over so...

Vaporieyon/Vaporeon lv. 71 @Mystic Water
252 sp. attack/ other EVs unknown
Modest
Water Absorb
HP:283
Attack:92
Defense:104
Sp. Atk:229
Sp. Def:159
Speed:122

Moveset:
Hydro Pump
Surf
Ice Beam
Acid Armor

This is my lead pokemon because.... well anyway the surf and ice beam are kinda basic for any water type. Hydro Pump is for doubles. Acid armor is for...

Lukareeo/Lucario lv.42 @Black Belt
252 attack 252 sp. atk 4 HP
Mild
Inner Focus
HP119
Attack:128
Defense:63
Sp. Atk:145
Sp. Def:67
Speed:90

Moveset:
Earthquake
Psychic
Aura Sphere
Close Combat

This pokemon was basically one I made for no reason. Works well with my Flygon though in doubles.

Poreegon-Z/Porygon-Z lv.60 @ Expert Belt
252 sp. atk/ 252 speed
Modest
Download
HP:185
Attack:104
Defense:96
Sp. Atk:235
Sp. Def:96
Speed:165

Moveset:
Thunderbolt
Tri attack
Nasty Plot
Ice Beam

My pride and joy. Nasty Plot on those pokemon that won't OHKO it then the punishment begins. Tri attack on those who are neutral to T-bolt and Ice beam.

Rozerayd/Roserade lv.43 @ Heat Rock
252 sp. attack/ 252 speed
Modest
Natural Care
HP:76
Attack:69
Defense:59
Sp. Atk:163
Sp. Def:100
Speed:119

Moveset:
Weather Ball
Synthesis
Solarbeam
Sunny Day

This roserade has a sp. atk only rivaled by my porygon-z. Sunny day is always the first move followed by a solarbeam or weather ball. Synthesis if I get a break.

Fligon/Flygon lv.50 @Focus Sash
252 speed/ 252 attack
Jolly
Levitate
HP:144
Attack:148
Defense:101
Sp. Atk:81
Sp. Def:97
Speed:163

Moveset:
Dragon Claw
Crunch
Fire Blast
Earthquake

My physical sweeper that I use to switch out on those electivires or any EQer. 252 in attack and speed to destroy those garchomps and salamances with a swift Dragon Claw. If that doesn't work, the focus sash ensures that it will survive another hit.

Blazekan/Blaziken lv. 66 @ Shell Bell
252 attack/252 speed
Lonely
Blaze
HP:198
Attack:227
Defense:105
Sp. Atk:152
Sp. Def:104
Speed:152

Moveset:
Quick Attack
Sky Uppercut
Brave Bird
Flare Blitz

This Blaziken was made due to a lack of an adamant ditto. Brave Bird, Flare Blitz, and 252 in attack and speed takes care of some pokemon. Shell Bell is for healing after the recoil. Quick attack is for finishing off those Focus sashers and the F.E.A.R. users.

It's kinda sporadic with the explanations but keep in mind I also use this team for PBR. Well rates anyone?

To date: W:10 L:26

This team is good for 3 vs. 3's but no so well on 6 vs. 6. It does well on 4 vs. 4 double but not 6 vs. 6 so this team still needs a lot of work. Right now I'm EV training a Gallade with fire punch. For those who remember my first team I put on here, I once had a Gardevoir with fire punch which would work really well in R/S/E but not so well in D/P. I've decided to give fire punch another chance on a better suited pokemon(Gardevoir 65 atk/125 sp. atk; Gallade 125 atk/65 sp. atk)

No plates! umm for blaziken dont use flamethrower use flare blitz.
gardevoir, take off fire punch.
aggron switch surf and blizzard.
flygon,remove crunch and fly.
roserade, redo.
lucario, its adamant so ditch everything but close combat.

im too lazy to say anything else, but there is a lot to say.

dainty perfect
Infernape pretty much >>>>> Blaziken because of its superior speed. Blaziken is too slow and too fragile to last too long, even if it does have higher attacks. But, if you must use Blaziken then go with something I just found at Smogon.
Swords Dance/Reversal/Endure/FirePunch or Blaze Kick
Have it hold a Salac Berry. Swords Dance until you need to Endure to survive at one HP which activates the Salac Berry to boost your speed. Then Reversal at full power. Beware Sandstorm.

Gardevoir: Hypnosis/Thunder Wave/Psychic/Ice Beam

Aggron: Curse/*Avalanche/Metal Burst/Stone Edge *urgh

Flygon: Draco Meteor/Earthquake/Roost/Dragon Claw

I'm getting really sleepy for some reason. I'm not thinking straight. I quit. (the above suggestions might not even be all that great. urgh) :dizzy:

Wow, i even beat this team.
I want you to change your lucario, but the changes/moveset depend on taste.
The nature of your lucario goes against everything but rock climb, and that should be removed. witha adamant, and lucario being mmostly a special sweeper, you blew it

also, the gardevoir is really bad with iv's, since mine beats yours at everything and it is att the same level

Last time i battled you, my starmie and metagross sweeeped your team, easily.
And, you did not know how to switch pokemon efficiently at all

After reading these few posts, I've concluded that I really need to redo my team entirely. This is going to be a boring, long, and monotinus(did I spell that rigth?) process. I'll still take some recomendations for movesets and items while I'm training. You are all right and that I need to find the proper natures and IVs. One thing I have to know first, what exactly are IVs and what do I have to do to exploit them?

Bidoof and Starly raise Speed.

I'd go with Macho Brace over Power Bracer, unless you can't get one.

Thanks! I have been winning more recently.
My strategy is: Vaporeon as starter. If applicable, make first pokemon faint. Opponent sends out electric type. Switch to Flygon. Opponent fears a non-existant earthquake so switches out to salamance(most of the time). I use Dragon Pulse. Salamance faints. Opponent sends out water starter that knows probably knows Ice Beam. Switch out to Blaziken. Ice Beam not very effective. I switch out to vaporeon. opponent uses water type attack. Water Absorb heals a battle scarred vaporeon...
That's all I got.

*Update First Post*

U know what? how about you post the pokemon and items and evs that you re going to have in your final team.btw i personally think that for pory adaptability>download.
I'm sticking with download(I'm not saving my pokecoupons in poketopia just so I can buy another dubious disc! I need TMs you know.). I don't like being too picky. I stick with what I can get. Also for Adaptability, I would need to teach it an attack like conversion or something.
Also I think I posted those EVs right in the first post(considering some of them are actually 255)

EDIT: I need another team rated that I'm using for PBR's Little Cup

Yeah a lv. 100 blaziken isn't that great, I have one raised to lv.99, but it isn't EV trained well so I need to raise a new one. What is a good nature for a Blaziken that mainly knows recoil(suicidal) moves? I plan on maxing out its attack stat and spliting the rest between speed and HP. Also which should I focus on more? HP or speed?

use a sneasal,brave bird tailow@choiceband, and scyther
Any suggestions on movesets or natures? Judging by the looks of the pokemon selected, they all look like physical sweepers so adamant would probably be the best way to go.

No you are just awarded 4 attack EV's on top of the sp. attack EV's...At least that is my understanding of it.
