Um you've got a pretty average CF. I didn't see anything special. You've got to work on finishing off your opponent. I watched the first match and I think it was on sheik's third stock, her damage was incredibly high, past 110%, and whenever you got a grab you threw up. Past 90% you should already be throwing down and following up with knee from there. Around 65-75% is when you can up-throw to knee. You were also in your sheild too much, made your approaches too obvious (should almost never approach with dash attack, but you still did and at a low percent), and put yourself in bad positions in the air above her. You're lucky that sheik was pretty forgiving, I did not even see any tech chasing or cc-ing by her. Better sheiks will unleash utter **** on you.

If you'd like more sheik advice use the search, there's a lot of random info on that matchup. Also, my sheik matchup sucks so I can't say much.

Your approaches seem really direct and obvious. I could tell when you were going to run from one side of the stage for a grab and it hadn't even happened. You need to learn how to get grabs other ways because falcons game revolves around grabs. A shffld Nair will almost always promise a grab. Dair works for getting grabs too at lower percents because at higher percents 50ish and up I want to say correct me if I'm wrong will give you a free knee on most characters. Also learn your percents for up/down throw knees, they are free kills. One more thing, throw combos are your friend, learn how to do them and you will be a lot better. Over all nothing special, just your average falcon, but keep working at it you will get better.
