Random tournament #2: did he say ITEMS?! (3/16)

Every so often I will host an random tournament. they will be the exact opposite of your usual 3 stock on final destination. i will include twist in everyone of my tournaments. Let me just say this now THERE WILL BE ITEMS! yes thays right I said items, but there Will be a rules list for banned items and such, so don't go and crap
your pants please.

Match information

first of all there will be one three stock match. The winner will decided what Items will be put on. Only up to five items maybe put on and atleast one item have to be on. The loser will pick an counterpick stage for the whole match set. NOTE: i highly recommend posting your items list and counterpick stages before fighting in a set.

First match that decides who pick items will be a 3 stock match on an neutral stage.
All other matches will be be 5 stock matches
best 2/3
Crates must be on for item matches. (does not collide with item count)
neutral stages cannot be played on with item matches.
