So it's currently 3:30 as of writing this so I'm sorry if this has been posted before but Kirby's Back Throw combos into his Upper Cutter from 0%-26%(i tested on CF so this might range) and Does roughly 18% maybe more with a pummel thrown in. Well nothing game changing it is decently easy to get and can be done extremely early. you have to be extremely fast because with Good DI the Tip just barely touches them. Though after testing this on Pika and bowser it seems 26% is the cut off for all characters. And going from 26% ~> to 44% in one safe move isn't bad at all.
..and it appears Kirby and Possibly Jigglypuff escape it at 21%

Yes it's true like it's a good follow up. I use it quite often, like it can combo off of forward throw too. Umm on some characters like Luigi he can combo back throw into final cutter at like 30%ish to bring him up to 50%ish. Oh and if you like zig zag the move you can spike with it, like by moving in then out.

So I actually tested your Final Cutter combo out on some characters. Now I was mainly looking to see its possibility as a Kill Move. Sadly for a lot of characters it either only worked at one specific percent or didn't at all. On the bright side it has a decent range on Luigi and Rosa Luma and Works on a lot of high tier Characters.

Kirby Spike combo
Luigi 30% - 36%
Fox 33%
Sheik 36%
Rosa Luma 31% - 39%
Diddy 42%
Pikachu 40%
Yoshi 35%

Now these were all done in training mode so DI wasn't accounted for. Also where they hit on the edge drastically changes how this works. For example Yoshi can go up well into 40% ending at 50%.

F-Throw Into Final Cutter.

(With Sweet Spot)

Mario 45% ~ 51%
Luigi 27% ~ 42%
Sheik 35% ~43%

That's all I'm doing for now.

Nice! Great Research! With only the top tiers it's good, my favorite character to use it on is Peach or Jigglypuff lol. Still after the spike off stage I usually follow up with a dair into footstool or bair for an easy stock, since it puts the opponent in a position where they have to jump and up b. Hopefully Final cutter gets a boost in either it does less damage and combos from an aerial or kills. I'm gonna keep track of this data it was nice! Oh and accounting for rage, like you can't test it on training but the spike does increase knockback wise, making it harder for them to come back. I once won a local by spiking a Little Mac player with it, mainly it's something cool and flashy, upper cutter is still better though.

Ya I'm gonna make another post going into detail with the whole cast. I'll give credit to you of course but I was gonna use pictures explaing spacing and stuff. Good for tournaments that don't allow customs
