I don't believe so.. I'll try it out when my GC controller comes in the mail.
Why would you want to, though? It's pretty neat with the Wii remote + Nunchuck.

It doesn't matter anyway, that game isn't worth the $20. The N64 version on it is better than the newer console versions are. Can I get an amen?
