Quick request for hexxing, Did A lot of the Work

I did the tpls for a texture needing hexxing, im having trouble using ssbbarc because my hex editor is really bad. If someone would put these in, that'd be great.
Tpls are found in 008.brres of sc_title_en.pac
I'm having a lotta trouble with these.
Please, do give me the pac if you choose to do this and finish it.
But do NOT release it to the public.
