Can mods for Project M 3.2 be used for 3.5?

I want to replace the HUD with this (http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=203098) mod, and i want to replace Final Destination (http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=205471) and Peach's Castle (http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=35812). Would it work?
stages will work so long as you place them correctly. worth noting though that stages have a camera file, and that pm3.5 uses its own camera. so it will play, but unless you alter the camera file it will use the mods one.
hud should work, not sure on what it replaces exactly though.
