Ok, so I took my eevee with wish to the move deleter guy and got rid of wish. Flew to the move tutor, and it turned out, wish was NOT on the list of things he would reteach.

So yeah, the answers no, and I'm guessing that means your coworker hacks. But I thought you were pro-hack, fluffy. lol
