Questions bout R/S

Couple questions about Ruby/Sapphire...maybe I overlooked them, but oh well. Questi

1. My Eevee evolved into Espeon. I thought that there was no night or day in R/S therefore you could not evolve your Eevee into Espeon/Umbreon. Or was that only in FR/LG? After it evolved I checked my clock, and it said 7 P.M....so is it possible for me to get Umbreon?

2. After mixing records with some friends, I saw on the tv that there was a mass outbreak of wild Seedot. And they actually appeared...in my Sapphire. Aren't Seedot unobtainable in Sapphire? Does mixing records change that fact?

3. In Emerald, I heard that carrying pokemon with the ability Flame Body or Magma Armor will divide the hatching time of an egg by half. Is this also true for R/S?

It's completely random.

It would appear so though I've never heard of this. This may be a one time thing.

Ya.

3 is no. The abilities having an outside effect were added in Emerald. I'm 100% sure they don't work in R/S. This goes for all abilities that have out-of-battle effects, such as Static, Compoundeyes, Magnet Pull, etc.

4. Surf just missed...but nobody used any accuracy lowering or evasion raising moves. It was just sunny. Is this supposed to happen? Last time I checked, surf has 100 accuracy...

Some pokemon have abilities which may lower your accuracy/raise their evasion a little.

i agree with Zook, it is not random but is based on the time in which you elvolve your eevee. it depends on the time in R/S
