have any of you played a level 9 after this patch and if so do u think they got buffed a lot because i am getting ****ed up by the wolf

Same here, seems the AI has improved significantly. In fact in some cases the AI seems to be performing techskill, as I got combo'd by a peach lvl 9 with turnip -> nair -> touch ground -> nair, perfectly, either Nintendo is using peach data from elite smashers online or the AI has improved significantly in what they are able to true combo from.
