Question about Marth matchups

So it seems that if I hit his shield at any time, the proceed is ****, whether its a grab into Fsmash, a Dancing Blade Combo, an Usmash, etc.

If I'm facing a Marth that likes to turtle alot, or a Marth that knows how to shield effectively, what should my approach be?

And don't tell me needles.
