I find that some characters severely over-match others to the point where victory can seem near impossible when playing against someone your own skill level, although those same characters that heavily over-match some are outmatched by other members of the cast. What I think I'm looking at is an extremely elaborate form of Rock-Paper-Scissors, where everyone is outmatched in one facet, yet outmatches others in a certain facet, and also having many neutral matchups.
