Question about 3.5 Wifi

So, I'm sure most of you have noticed that the servers are down, and there are ways to get around this with and without hacks.
So, will 3.5 hackless be pre-patched for the custom servers, or will we have to do that ourselves?

Internet channel doesn't connect to Nintendo's multiplayer servers so yes

If I'm understanding right, you should be able to use it just like before the servers went down.
Just download the 3.5 hackless wifi and jump on.

I never registered my friend code but I play on wifi anyways, what will that mean for me?
