Yes it's possible, but only on the ground.
(don't know if this was said before, but i haven't seen it on this board so I thought I'd post)
so far i know you can do it on FD without going off the edge but i haven't tested it on other stages yet
how you do it: Quick attack sideways then in the same direction down-diagonally (i'm pretty sure you can do it vice-versa but i haven't done it that way)
result-> you go in the same direction twice
it seems pretty easy to do, you just have to get the timing right
and besides for running away, i don't know for much use for it

i'm thinking of using it in certain situations, but i want to hear what you guys think of it?

my point: i want to know
a) if you guys know of this
b) what uses it can serve
im not used to playing pika so i dont really know how this could possibly be useful, so im seeking advice from you pika-players :D

What lurkers need these days is the mind to use a **** search. "Quick Attack" turns up more results for Pikachu than you can shake a star rod.

i can think of a couple actually with that in them, maybe not in the title but still, you can always browse the pages here see if anything seems similar...on a nother note, what this can be good for, is a long distance QAC, to chase your opponent, or if you do it in the air, to get away from them, followed by a quick jump to reverse t-jolt, giving good spacing and all

i love this when hangin on the edge. i always hit back on the control stick then i use the QA. always parallel to the stage(tawards) then i vary it between three directions. against marth i like to get away so i QAC the h3ll out of there. that means horizontal then diagonal towrads the ground at the 45 degree angle in the same direction. the second is i 45 degree the QA, but towards the ledge. great for midgames. excellent against those with startup lag. the other is 90 degrees into the stage. i always jump out of the QA though.

and this has been mentioned before the topic of this thread. it was like 50 posts long.

Pika?
You can do this to QAC so neji be quiet. Yes this is already known, it is commonly referred to as double inputting, it helps when chasing an opponent you hit away.
