Okay, I need some more seasoned Brawl hackers to take a look at this and tell us how this can affect those of us who love PSA hacks but still prefer Project M.

Seconding this, I'm just guessing here but I'm assuming because this clone engine and the one PM uses are different, it might have issues.

Again I'm just guessing here so if someone has tried this could you clarify if this is the case haha.

It does not work with Project M because of the CSS codes, the Clone engine code, and a few other codes being jumbled up in one big awesome code.
