Hey everyone! I decided to procrastinate on studying for my last final and finally write something I've been working on for awhile! And when I'm done with my last final I'll be active again :3
When it comes to playing my Main I try to find as many possibilities and variations of things I can do with moves that aren't used as often when it comes to Ness. For example D-Air, PSI Magnet, U-Tilt, D-tilt. I've worked on D-air and Reversed D-tilts in the past. Right now I decided to work on PSI Magnet. (With matches from Offline Games, Wi-Fi Tournaments, and Anthers Ranked Ladder.)
What PSI Magnet Can do:
- Heals Ness from Projectiles (Most likely the only thing that comes to mind when most people think about this move)
- It keeps you in the Air. (It's a good move to stall with.)
- It pushes opponents away when timed correctly. (This could also be used in the Air, and if you time it right it pushes your opponents aerials away from you.)
In the next video I planned to make I was thinking of showing a segment dedicated to this. I was too excited to keep this to myself any longer, so here's sneak peek of what's to come! (Possibly in 3 months from now!)
As a aggressive Ness player I apply a lot of shield pressure when I play in my matches, and there are moments where my opponent's shields get smaller than usual. (It Doesn't need to be super small) and because of that I'm able to act on that and create a shield break by timing those moments. From that I'm able to PSI Magnet. AND I'm pretty sure you all know what happens next. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
The purpose of this PSI Magnet Setup is:
- To reduce my Opponent's Blast Zone
- Reduce their attempts at trying to DI PKT2 on Impact (Or any other move I wish to do.)
So what do you guys think?!
