Hey everyone! I decided to procrastinate on studying for my last final and finally write something I've been working on for awhile! And when I'm done with my last final I'll be active again :3

When it comes to playing my Main I try to find as many possibilities and variations of things I can do with moves that aren't used as often when it comes to Ness. For example D-Air, PSI Magnet, U-Tilt, D-tilt. I've worked on D-air and Reversed D-tilts in the past. Right now I decided to work on PSI Magnet. (With matches from Offline Games, Wi-Fi Tournaments, and Anthers Ranked Ladder.)

What PSI Magnet Can do:
- Heals Ness from Projectiles (Most likely the only thing that comes to mind when most people think about this move)
- It keeps you in the Air. (It's a good move to stall with.)
- It pushes opponents away when timed correctly. (This could also be used in the Air, and if you time it right it pushes your opponents aerials away from you.)

In the next video I planned to make I was thinking of showing a segment dedicated to this. I was too excited to keep this to myself any longer, so here's sneak peek of what's to come! (Possibly in 3 months from now!)

As a aggressive Ness player I apply a lot of shield pressure when I play in my matches, and there are moments where my opponent's shields get smaller than usual. (It Doesn't need to be super small) and because of that I'm able to act on that and create a shield break by timing those moments. From that I'm able to PSI Magnet. AND I'm pretty sure you all know what happens next. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

The purpose of this PSI Magnet Setup is:
- To reduce my Opponent's Blast Zone
- Reduce their attempts at trying to DI PKT2 on Impact (Or any other move I wish to do.)

So what do you guys think?!

Now I find that shield breaks don't happen often for me. But using magnet to push them closer to the blast zone before pkting them is useful.

Do shield-broken opponents snap to the ledge if they're pushed off by a windbox? If they won't and their shield breaks near the ledge you can push them off. I've seen it work in PM with Ivysaur's neutral-b charge windbox. What an insulting way to go.

No, they will not grab the ledge. However, I don't think you can push them over the ledge with PSI Magnet's Windbox at all, and even if you could, you wouldn't have enough time unless you broke the shield right by the ledge.

I like it! Our board seems a little slow lately, so it's always nice to see a little life. I'll second Noa on the rarity of shield breaks, but I'm real curious to see what you come up with.

I've seen Fsann do this in one of his combo videos. He broke the shield, did two or three PSI Magnets to push them closer to the edge, then destroyed them with PKT2. It was magical but I haven't broken a shield in a loooooong time. I find myself an aggressive Ness, but not aggressive enough to break the shield... gotten close though!

This is practical of course, just make sure you don't do too many and give up the stun completely. But most of the time, PKT2 is strong enough to kill them without even need to do this :p

They get stuck at the edge of the ledge sadly, I tried it on the top of the Smashville Platform too and they stay there

I have amazing news guys, I was at a 70 man tournament this Thursday and I did set up against ITO a Metaknight/Diddy Player, who is actually one of the Best Smashers in California right now, hes like Top 3 in Socal? Going to be #1 in Norcal since he moved back.

I saved the replay and the TO is going to upload it for me eventually! But yes I did pull this off during a bracket match. I DID it to the player who got 1st, and hes a player that is one of the best players in California period!

Last night I was actually watching videos of players last night with some of my friends. We watched quite a few videos of Ito haha.

GAH they couldn't record it in time... they forgot to before they updated their wiis.

Last Thursday though I was in a crew battle :) You might see a green Ness main around 14 minutes :p
