PSI Magnet movement options

I was watching the smash tournament last night in Chicago. There was a sick Lucas who was basically moonwalking across the whole stage using PSI magnet. Can someone tell me how he was doing this? Does he have the C stick set to tilt, or set to special? Thanks.

Looks like hes using B reversals with his down b and side b alot, hes PROBABLY on tilt stick, very few people play with smash stick.
