PSA question.."Error reading file"

So I have a PSA of shadow, 2 versions. im trying to copy and overwrite a down air animation/hitbox

animation: Check
hitbox: probably needd to open in PSA
"Cannot locate file data"
v

"Error reading file" i even renamed the files to sonic and i still cant open it..any tips?
