Pros and Cons of Rumble Feature?

Does the use of rumble make a difference in competitive play? I've gotten used to playing with rumble. Is it allowed in tournament? Please post about your experiences with the rumble feature.

Con- Can mess up super-technical playstyles. It should be fine.

I like vibrate, but im sure it does nothing for my play. I just like to fel the intensity of the match
