What determines whether or not your opponent goes behind you? Also, what are the weight classes for this technique? Are they the same as the handoff?

Peach, Sheik, Marth, Falco, ICs--Falco and ICs may be a smidgeon faster, though.

Puff" -Wobbles, on handoff weight classes

Also, how guaranteed is this? I know clever opponents can smash di out of it, but other than that, does it just depend on your timing? Thanks.
