Smashers from Rio de Janeiro, RJ, Brazil want to make and interesting tournament at the end of the year. They want it to be in a national level, and decided to make a testing tournament as it would be the first tournament of a new league, called Smash Buddies.

Summer is at the end of the year in Brazil and that's why the name is that one.
