why do i always get good netplay games with like 30ms when im doing anything else but when im streaming the guy im playing puts the buffer to 20 with 140ms

Greenville county is incompetent enough that we will have it forever. They only just this year blocked 4chan and reddit. I can still reddit if I access through bookmark too. Don't gotta use up my data. They unblocked YouTube this year and I can get to most of the recently posted videos from the smaller smash scenes.

Yeah I think my school actually watches my computer for things to block, I was able to access 8chan, reddit and KC-MM for a few days until they were blocked.
I'm surprised KC-MM got blocked way before Smashboards, as it's a way smaller site.
