I so desperately wanted to cheat for this one, but I honestly don't know. I'm gonna guess Meta Knight. I remember one of the updates only adding just him, and they made a trailer for him. MK is my guess.

It's a meteor in melee as well. Fox's dair in Project M matches Melee exactly.
