Okay, I made an application titled "Wii" and made the ports with the ranges of 1-256 respectively, do I need to attach the application to a device in order for it to work...?

Under the addons folder there's a Rar titled "wifi' extract it then take the " rseb01.gct " and replace it with the other one inside the folder "codes"
