Marth can throw out 2 fairs in a single short hop, as long as you throw out the first fair immediately after you leave the ground. You can also throw out a fair and then a uair as well.

Short hop double fair with Marth is different from shffling, mainly because you throw out 2 attacks instead of 1 and you don't fast fall.
