If you check the launcher, there should be a tab called add ons, if not update it. There you can switch between offline and online whenever you want

sorry to reply so late but i see no launcher when i start the game how can i have it (i play pm 3.6 on a iso on a usb key in usb loader gx)

It's a beautiful thing, It's fox's worst matchup in my opinion because his recovery's are so lateral I just have to time it right
