Project M on new Dolphin?

So i updated and deleted my old dolphin emulator and i am having troubles installing project m on it. It says to put sd.raw into users/wii folder but there is no such folder in the dolphin emulator? so what do i do?

Edit: so after you all told me how to put it in there. I got another problem. It keeps crashing after a game or 2. Any fix to that?

Dolphin 4.0 uses a new settings directory located in your Documents folder. It is entitled "Dolphin Emulator."
