1: You should ask in the character subforums. most ahve a 'add videos and get critique' section.
2: you're going to need to play humans. All anyone can tell from fighting CPU's is that you can fight an opponent who cant think.
Best to find some locals or setup netplay. get some experience with humans, then work on getting feedback =)
