I followed the steps on the download page and saw some videos yet I keep getting this "No code found to load, hanging". I'm trying to download the hackless version of the game.

My SD card is 2 GB in size, It is not a SDHC, I reformatted it into FAT32, I also tried just regular FAT, and I have no custom stages. Nothing seems to be working.

I have downloaded and got Project M to work in the past, and now that I am reinstalling it I can't seem to get it to work. I don't think I am doing any different steps from the time I got it to work.

This is the video that I watched: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SABIMtl6aMk
As far as I can tell I am doing everything right.

Thanks for reading this.

Also right above the "No code...." it says "USBgecko not found" and "SD card not found"

Also I'm downloading this for Wii, clearly.

Once I select custom stages in the brawl vault it starts to boot it up like normal, black screen with the white text, then after about 3 seconds three more lines are added that say what I typed above then I am stuck in that screen forced to turn off the Wii.

Yes all the files are in the root of the sd, and all memory cards removed.

Also a side note, I have tried putting the sd card before and after turning on the Wii and before and after launching brawl.

Guess what, your gimmick worked. However now I have a new problem; on the Project M menu once I select play I simply get a black screen. I was able to update the game in the menu however.
I did try just waiting it out to see if it would ever load, but after about ten minutes I kinda figured it was a no.

I am very thankful that you helped me out with my first problem, thanks very much, I was beginning to lose hope.

Unfortunately I don't have any 2GB ones laying around, plus stores don't sell them usually as they are considered obsolete nowadays.

Somehow I managed to get it to work. What I did was delete the files on the sd card, leaving it blank, reformatted it back to just regular FAT, then reinstalled it then bam, it worked.

I am very grateful to you, Narpas sword, for helping me out with this painful trail of issues, you have my sincere thanks!

Stay awesome!
