Project M 3.6 Beta Wifi-Safe?

Wondering if there is a way to make this version wifi-safe or is that going to be when it fully releases? I just want to be able to save replays for stylish or funny moments when im playing with my friends. Not sure if this warrants its own thread - but I couldnt find anything about this anywhere really, so I decided to ask.

Tried to install it, it told me "not installed properly" - launched the game and as soon as I went to character select the game froze with the almighty beeping sound.
