Project M 3.5 [included, such as 3.5's theme] custom music not working

Running Dolphin 4.0.x, attempted with Hackless and Homebrew methods. Fountain of Dreams plays the Mario Bros theme, the menu theme is Brawls (and plays sped up). Etc, etc. The rest of the mod works fine. Whats wrong?

Specs:

CPU: i5-4670k
GPU: 7970HD GPU
RAM: 16GB
OS: Win 7 64-bit Professional

EDIT: Also, Project M's custom Launcher never appears; It goes from Gecko, to the splash screen, to the game.
