Project M 3.02 Help/Best Expansion Pack

So, as the title says I need a little help with the wifi safe 3.02 hackless project m. So, I thought I had the most update version, but turns out that I had 3.0 and not 3.02. I deleted everything and downloaded the newer 3.02, which had the update screen and it update to the newer uploader (which wasn't there before). My question is what is so different about this and what expansion packs can I add to the 3.02 that I have now to make this even better? Or do I have to delete the 3.02 all together and download something else?
Also, wifi works for the updates, but won't let me play online?
