When is the Japanese version of 3.0 coming out? If it's out already, where can I find it?

I assume the answer to this following question is "no," but will the English version of 3.0 work on a Japanese Wii and a Japanese SD card?

The PMBR-J is not finished porting 3.0 as of this post. When they are finished, there should be a link on the Downloads page to the NTSC-J version of PM 3.0.
