Problems With Rendering TASes in Sony Vegas/Adobe Premiere

Hello,
So I'm making a montage TAS video, and I finished all the TASing so all I need to do is put it together.

I am having two problems.

I usually use Sony Vegas to render out my TASes, but when I do there are random frames where the game is black, and I know this is specifically a Vegas problem because the source clips are fine. (Here is an example of one of my TASes, and as you can see there are random black frames throughout it.)

When I use Adobe Premiere the program will not let me export anything. I have visited the help website and tried everything that is suggests to no avail. I have also tried rendering the video out in every available format using every available codec with the same error. (The error I get by the way is "Error compiling movie: Unknown error")

(I also use Dolphin 4.0.2 for my TASes and for dumping the video if that makes any difference)

Any help would be very appreciated.
