Alright, this has been bugging me for a while, so I thought I'd ask some people here since we have a smart community, and hopefully I'd get some help. OK, so there's this person on another forum I go to, and he's really stressing me out... He's overreacting to things, acting like a huge douchebag, also acting all high and mighty, and it's just annoying... He also shows favoritism towards certain members and doesn't get mad at them. And he's not like crazy towards EVERYTHING ever, but he's generally being a person who gives grief. What's odd is he's not always been like this, but holy crap, it's unbearable for me, and I'm a very tolerantable person who tolerates a LOT of things. This has been going on for a few days, and I'm going to contact one of the OTHER admins and tell him what's been happening lately, but I thought I'd get some advice here on how to deal with him if he continues other than what I stated. Please leave comments trying to help and thanks for reading. Wooooo, it felt good to type this, relieved some of the stress. Also, a side note: the guy I'm talking about is a admin, he's alright at his job and has had staff experience; just his attitude lately is very bad, and I don't think a admin (or any staff for that matter) should have a such a bad attitude like that, y'know? If you have any questions on the matter, just ask.

Sadly I think it happens to a lot of mods and admins lol. They think they're some sort of god and it just makes it horrible. Everyone should be seen as members etc. etc. That's one thing I like about these boards, hardly ever have I seen that here. Well actually...but whatever.

But I'd contact other admins I guess. Just don't cause drama by doing it publicly...obviously.

He doesn't flaunt his staff powers, no one at the site I'm talking about does that. :p (I'm actually a G-MOD there) I mean high and mighty in other ways like picks fights, acts like he's the best and tells people stuff, etc. I'm just shocked at a sudden change of attitude, and I asked here cuz I know how to handle situtations since I have staff experience, I just wanted to know the best way not to start drama but still get my point across, yknow? I'll proceed to tell one of the admins about it. I'll keep you guys updated, lol. :p Feel free to give more advice if you feel need to and thanks for listening to! A huge stress has left me. :)

If it's a sudden change in personality, then he's probably letting his personal life leak into the forums in one way or another. For example, ending a relationship would make him more prone to getting into scuffles and arguments, because he's not emotionally stable.

In any case, I would talk to him about it first, but if he doesn't budge, take it with the other admins.
