Problem Launching Project M

So I got MarioKing64DS Waluigi in Project M 3.6, and he helped me to install it, but when I launch it Project M shows up of course saying contain your hype, but after 3 seconds it crashes!
I give some information about this: I use NTSC-U SSBB but I'm a PAL user, I use Dolphin 5.0, I have PAL 60 HZ on, I have all that MK64DS told me on.
Can anyone help me to finally make it work in Dolphin for me(PAL user)?
