Problem getting custom music to work

I have everything set up according to ever guide I have my files in the right directory, my textures work fine .. but when i try to use cutom music, it just doesn't work.. Can anyone help me find what I'm doing wrong?

Obvious question is obvious.
Do you have file patch 3.5.1?

If you're a Gecko OS user, you need the latest File Patch Code. However, the code only supports NTSC region Wiis.

If your Wii's region is PAL, you'll have to use Riivolution.

On a side note, Brawl's BRSTMs have their sample rates set at 32000 Hz. It's recommended that your music hacks use that sample rate if you don't want to run into any erratic issues.
