Similes only work if the thing you're comparing it to has multiple ways of being compared (e.g. a sports car, an animal, etc). A sex kick is a very specific type of move. There's no grey area. Either a move is or isn't a sex kick.
I don't think the tier list comment (what tier list??) is necessary. You should simply list the pros and cons of said character and let people figure things out.
You should mention that the lack of stalling on the sheet allows Doc to cape more smoothly and, more important, ledge cancel more smoothly. The latter is useful to know when recovering or trumping because you will auto snap the ledge.
