so yea, there are a ton of music topics and stuff, and they are all lame.

but I made this one because I noticed that I always practice tech skill and stuff to one or two songs, and whenever I listen to those songs when I play against other people it boosts my confidence and makes me more technically consistent and all that...

has anybody else tried this?

anyway, if anybody cares, I listen to this song a lot:

or the dj ozma version

so yea, just wanted to share this little tidbit. Its pree cool to have a little auto confidence boost in tournament and stuff.

Well i originally started using headphones because i find tournament environments distracting and rely more on visual ques than audio

i like the song vanir. i listen to music sometimes during friendlies or when i'm just practicing.
i kinda agree that the game audio can help me be more consistent with my tech. but also i feel that when i dont have the game audio playing, i can focus better on the visuals: specifically spacing and not doing random tech/wavelands/attacks that arent smart. i can focus more on understanding/reacting to my opponent.

yeah, but u gotta listen to some metroid when u need to get ur samus ready for gaming!

GUNPUNCH THE PEACH MAIN :D

but yea, I think its a personal preference kind of thing, if you use game audio a lot then its harder to play with the music, but I never used it, so its easier for me.
Also metroid music is super boss.

also, @rawrimamonster: yoooo I love hardstyle, but I don't listen to it for smash anymore because the slow tempo throws my ICs off .-.
I do melbourne shuffle though, sooooooo ^^
